Dump & Roll LLC is a proud veteran-owned and operated roll-off dumpster service built on values shaped through years of military discipline, mechanical expertise, and leadership. What started as a simple idea — helping people clear clutter with honest, dependable service — has grown into a company rooted in integrity and hard work.

Meet Roy – Owner & Army Veteran

Roy served in the U.S. Army from 1992 to 2016, beginning his career on active duty (1992–1995) as a 16-Tango Patriot Missile Crew Member. He deployed during Desert Shield, later spending six months stationed in South Korea before returning to the U.S.

He continued his service in the Iowa Army National Guard, working with the 109th Aviation Battalion in Boone, IA as a helicopter mechanic (1995–1998). In 1998, he moved to Camp Dodge, serving as a mechanic and working his way up to Motor Sergeant, retiring honorably as an E7.

Roy now brings military reliability, precision, and dedication to every job Dump & Roll handles.

Meet Alan co-owner – Army Veteran & Former Squad Leader

Alan served in the U.S. Army as a 91A Abrams Tank Mechanic from February 2020 to May 2025. During that time, he served as a Squad Leader, overseeing 4–6 soldiers, ensuring equipment readiness, safety, and team coordination. His leadership skills and mechanical expertise were central to his role until he was medically disabled and honorably discharged at the rank of E5 (Sergeant).

Alan now applies the same perseverance, responsibility, and attention to detail to supporting Dump & Roll’s day-to-day operations.
